Before he was selected by the Dubs with the seventh overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, Curry put together a legendary three-season career at Davidson College. Now he's officially a collage grad.
Most would jump at the opportunity to play for Duke, even after being passed over. Curry was different, and it has paid off for him.
Davidson also announced McKillop's son and longtime assistant, Matt McKillop, as successor; he's been with the program since 2008.
Curry spent three seasons at Davidson, leading the Wildcats to the Elite Eight of the 2008 NCAA Tournament.
